This office is open six days per week including one evening with our staff working staggered shifts to try to meet most patient’s schedules.

Appointments
We work by appointments only and do not double book. The basic philosophy of this practice is to provide quality dentistry and to do this we must spend the time. If you cannot keep an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible for two reasons. First, that time was reserved for you and the instruments and laboratory work was set up for the work planned for that appointment. If you do not come, that time and material is wasted. Second, we have a list of patients waiting for open appointments. If we have enough time, they can be contacted. Remember your name may be on that list someday. People who habitually fail to keep their appointments will be charged or dismissed from the practice.
After Hours Emergencies
Our office telephone is covered by an answering service during all non-business hours. They will gladly take messages if you need to cancel an appointment. They can also locate one of us if you have a dental problem that needs immediate treatment. The dentists take turns being on call and one of us is always available.
Accounts
Our usual policy is to put all family members on one account. If this is inconvenient for you, please let us know. We try to provide you with a walkout statement at the end of each appointment and payment at that time would be appreciated. We do send out statements at the end of each month for all those accounts that have a balance due. Payments are due within the next month unless you have made special arrangements. Delinquent accounts are handled by the I.C. System, Inc., National Information Center of St. Paul, Minnesota. Payment plans and credit are available.
Dental Insurance
We file insurance claims, electronically which requires accurate insurance information from you. Please keep us informed of any changes in your insurance coverage. Due to the many different types of dental insurance coverage, we do not participate with nor accept assignment from any insurance company and we use the same fee schedule for all patients. While we do not accept any form of insurance, we will submit all documentation and claims on your behalf.
